Development and Alignment—provide comprehensive domain development and
certification program management services as well as consultative
troubleshooting for any breakdown in the development cycle; all in
accordance with best practices and in compliance with standards and
guidelines the American Psychological Association (APA), National
Council for Measurement in Education (NCME), Association of Test
Publishers (ATP), and the National Organization for Competency
Assurance (NOCA).
Educational and Training Content and Resources—scope, develop, and
fulfill comprehensive curriculum solutions aligned with local,
national, and international standards and assessments; developed
for all media and ID pedagogy.
Validation and Certification Services—develop high- and
low-stakes certifications (both vendor-specific and
vendor-neutral), validation assessments, certification program
digital transcripts, Workforce Readiness Certification, and
Vertical Sector Certification.
Train-the-Trainer (T3) Programs for Traditional
and Community Based Learning—customized T3 programs for in-country client needs
with alignment with international standards, development and
implementation of Master Training sites; assistance in identifying
strategic training partners throughout the country; and corporate
and governmental partnerships for comprehensive training solutions.
Just-In-Time Reporting—develop
custom reports and dashboards that detail intervention progress,
just-in-time prescriptive remediation, quality assurance, and
workforce readiness status.
Audit Services—analyze program, initiative, and pedagogy
effectiveness of educational/training institutions, services and
programs.
Economic Development Consultation—local and region-specific
research, visioning, strategic plan build-out; and design,
implementation and recruitment of in-country economic development.
